This relates to development of simple organic reagent which can dissolve all the above mentioned metal ions and can make homogeneous solution of any composition and helps to introduce a single step synthesis of ferroelectrics having the average particle size less the 0.1 m. Thus we have successfully synthesized a series of ferroelectric materials based on titanate, zirconate, niobate and tantalate and their alloys using the new regent. |
