| In this invention, a chemical route using a reducing agent is developed to produce a finely divided loose ZnO nano-powder directly form the usual salts. The reaction is carried out with an aqueous solution, which permits a strict control of particle size at a nonometer scale at ambient temperature and pressure. Obviously, it is a very convenient method for a mass scale production of a pure sample of dispersed powder of ZnO and similar metal oxides. | |
